“I went in without an appointment and spoke to Kamal. I told her I wanted a balayage and explained my hair history to her. Luckily she was able to take me. She was professional and told me that she cannot promise that I’ll get the end result that I want it’s all based on how well the colour takes my hair as it’s been box dyed before many times but she said she would do her best. She was so patient she took her time and didn’t rush at all. She was so sweet and pleasant to talk to and I was soooo happy with the end result.
