“First we were impressed that Doug Cross indicated in the quote that he had spoken with the Mitsuibishi distributor regarding our installation. He also helped us refine our initial installation thoughts to better meet our needs and provided updated quotes to to reflect the changes. Techs Rayne David, Ryan Bowen, and Josh Purcell modified our installation location to better fit the equipment. The interior installations of 4 heads were extremely clean, no mess at all. The exterior installation on outside walls was well designed and very neat to blend in as much as possible. Again, no mess at all with the outside installation. The Techs kept us very well informed of next steps and possible impact on our activities throughout the installation. As well, they demonstrated operation and controls for A/C and heat before turning it over to us with equipment manuals and a customized installation report. So far, with the weather, we have had limited use of A/C or heat, but all is working very well.“
