Goodlife closed. Been a member for 12 years. Been seeing AK through friends on Insta, decided to come by late tonight and I met J.R at the front desk. Very welcoming, professional and awesome. Joined right away. The smoothie bar open 24/7 is fantastic. Gym is awesome, equipment is great. 5 star.
Best gym in Ontario by far. The atmosphere and accommodations are top-tier. Super high energy facility. Being a member eliminates that " not feeling like going to the gym today " feeling. Always ready to hit up AK ??
I've been working out at AK since they opened and have been loving it! I worked out here comfortably during my whole pregnancy and have returned now post partum. My son has been attending their youth care since he was 4 months old, this was the first place I ever left him without family and has been loving every second of it. I always pick him up with a big smile on his face and the girls make you feel so comfortable with leaving your baby there!
