“I usually love this place. They definitely do a great job for nails. But it’s been frustrating when i book appointments they never fall through. I can admit i do book the day off but it’s usually a couple hours notice. Sometimes a girl has a nail emergency ! Great nails and always do a good job but would hope the organization to improve. If it’s too booked up i’d prefer a “sorry we don’t have room” compared to calling me an hour before i leave to cancel my appointment.“

“I had an amazing first-time experience today. I was initially going to be 10-15 minutes late for my full leg wax appointment due to transportation issues. I called the receptionist, Sarah, to let her know, and she was incredibly understanding. She informed me that my service might need to be adjusted to a half leg wax, which made me a bit upset but was 100% reasonable given the circumstances. When I arrived almost 20 minutes late even though I told them I would be 10-15 minutes late, I was warmly greeted by Sarah. To my surprise, Sarah informed me that they had an extra 15 minutes available and I could still receive the full leg wax. I was really happy the staff were really nice to me, especially since I was nervous they would be upset towards me due to being a very late to my appointment, especially as a first time client. My technician, Cindy, then took over and provided one of the best waxes I’ve ever had. I’ve been searching for a new regular waxing place, and I believe I’ve found it. The service was quick, and despite the usual discomfort, I felt very comfortable throughout. The small TV in the room was a nice distraction. Cindy was thorough, constantly checking for missed hairs, and even used tweezers to remove any remaining ones at the end. I’ve never had a wax service where the technician paid that much attention to detail!! Overall, the staff and service were exceptional. I’m very impressed and will definitely be returning, hopefully on time next time….!“

Noi always does an exceptional job with my nails. She clearly takes a lot of pride in her work and I leave with a beautiful set every time. The technicians are very kind and are always happy to offer suggestions if I’m undecided on what colour to do next. After having an accident and breaking a nail one day in December, I called the salon and they slotted me in for a quick appointment to repair it.
