“The kindest staff! I came in on very short notice to get a piercing removed since I had an MRI that day and was in a time crunch to get my cartilage piercings out. One of the ladies working there notified me that Tina wasn’t in today as she was getting ready to leave town for a couple days. I explained my situation and she called Tina who then came in within 3 minutes and removed my piercing no problem and I was out in 5 minutes. They put in the extra mile to please people and spread kindness! Thank you thank you!!“
