The entire team is wonderful, but I would especially like to highlight Sue, who is truly exceptional. She is highly skilled, detail-oriented, and consistently delivers beautiful results. You can tell she takes great pride in her work and treats every client with care and respect.

“I’ve been going to Lori’s for about six years now. I go every couple of weeks, and get a gel mani and pedi. All the staff are lovely, but I love working with Any, as she does an amazing ombré. Jenny, the manager, is amazing. She’s always looking out to make customers as comfortable as possible, and she’s caring and lovely to talk to. They couldn’t be any nicer.

I hate when I hear patients complaining rudely, and threatening to give bad reviews if they don’t get a significant discount. . Their work is always great, and if there’s something that hasn’t been done as wanted 100%, they’re happy to fix it and make it right.
