After having an independent contractor 'try' to install it for over 4 days with many issues created, we called many HVAC companies to come out to repair and finish the installation. Most wouldn't call me back or stated they wouldn't touch it since someone else has worked on, which says a lot about their abilities to diagnose and install. Anderson came out the next day, provided a quote and had me up and running within about a week. They fixed the issues created by the previous installer and made it look great. A few days after the install the handler unit inside developed a leak, which was not an install problem but a manufacturing defect. I received a replacement unit from the company and a day later they were out to install the new unit. Great service and communication!“

Although he did not locate a leak, he referred us to someone else with different equipment that might help. How refreshing it was to have him explain exactly what he did to try to locate a leak and to actually give us info on what to do next.
