The Facts:I made the call to Pro-Rooter about 7:30 pm , Friday of the Thanksgiving weekend . Got a text at 7:45 that he was on his way. Received 3 more texts indicating his progress . He arrived when indicated and with in 45 minutes we were"back on the stool". This was no ordinary repair . I'm a retired radar tech of 35 years and his tools of the trade were as state of the art as the radars I kept running . After troubleshooting the problem , he located a broken sewer line , in the dark and cold , in 10 minutes and my yard is 2.5 acres . .Will I hire him again .......... Heck , I'd send a limousine to pick him up .Thanks Angus .
Arrived, finished and all about two hours prior to my original appointment time. Fast, courteous and professional. I really appreciated the rates. It is nice find a local owned business that is willing to use flat rate billing on routine jobs.
I was hit in the middle of the night with a water alarm coming from my water heater alerting me of a leak on a Friday night. Angus came through in 5 minutes and took care of it! He returned Monday and replaced the water heater. He went above and beyond explaining everything thoroughly and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them!
