Not only was our room addition constructed with professionalism and quality but it was the highlight of our summer interacting with the owner of Southwest Builders, Luke, and all of the subcontractors involved to make this build a success. Luke teaches and demands the quality he developed over decades and “his guys” seem to love him for it. When do you see that these days? First contact with Pete in sales got us going. Working with David, Project Manager Extraordinaire, was delightful while making certain everyone was coordinated to do the build in the correct order and at the correct time. Daryck and his guys did a wonderful job on the concrete work to get the sunroom floor 4’ off the ground of our sloping property to the height of our living room and connecting deck. Tony did amazing rock work that fits perfectly. Rick and Mike built our room with attention to aesthetics and quality. Keith got us up and running with electric and Boyd made sure our French doors were installed just right so Heather could paint them and make them shine. Every person involved on our sunroom was a pleasure to work with. Southwest Builders is truly several steps ahead of the rest.“
