Neal, did give a good quote to do the job, which was to replace a wooden fence and install a retaining wall, but after receiving the down payment was very slow to start work. It took almost 3 weeks to put the fence up, which he did not come back and finish cutting the posts down and putting caps on them. The retaining wall took them 3 1/2 months to complete. There were days of no contact, no workers ect... Then when the workers would show up they would work 2 to 3 hours and leave. I would call Neal, and he would say he had people quite or they caught covid or were in Mexico, just every excuse in the world. His workers did work hard and did a decent job, but they are mismanaged. I would not do business with this company.

Neal and his team have not finished my outdoor project. The work was contracted back in October. I have not received any communication on project status or getting a refund.They also already took the full amount from my credit card.Delays are completely understandable; however, the lack of communication is not.

Replaced retaining wall with railroad ties (and did a good job with this), replaced wooden stairway (sturdily built, but was fully open on back and sides and resulted in huge sink holes as soil washed out. Handyman had to dig out, repair/close off stairs, and backfill terrace), replaced fence (recently have learned that none of the metal posts installed were concreted in, resulting in fence rippling and back gate not staying closed). I think this company can do really good work, such as the retaining wall, but cut corners won’t be immediately noticeable and can cost substantial repair bills to go back and fix.
