This was my 1st visit to the hurricane, ar facility the staff was friendly the tech Josh was knowledgeable and able to think outside the box to fix my issue. They delivered to the Artesian Hotel in sulphur, set them up in the room, and even spread rose pedals out for the walkway to the bed and bath tub, and spread them on the bed! This place is wonderful! Perfect place for just a night out with your spouse or if you're in town to stay for a while. I only gave the rooms four stars because they are in need of a little bit of an update and some things are looking a little worn but overall looking good. My wife and I enjoy the atmosphere especially at Christmas. You definitely have to visit this place around Christmas. Absolutely beautiful!
