The front desk receptionist (Hily) was very friendly and knowledgeable in her work. She showed me the entire locker room and explain the waiver and area well.The facility was very clean and well stockedI had Jason as my masseuse and he did a WONDERFUL job. I have paid big money for a massage and he was by far the best one I have ever had.
Massage tech was excellent!!Only negative was in scheduling. Even though we were paying to stay at the hotel for the weekend, we could not schedule spa services on Sunday. We had to wait 3 weeks after my friends birthday to get a Saturday spa opening for us both.
Enjoyed a hot stone massage by Peppie. The woman is GIFTED! Easily the best massage of my entire life.The spa itself is very nice and the staff do whatever they can to make you feel comfortable. Definitely show up early (or plan to stay late) so you have time to enjoy the sauna, steam room, and pool. I spent the entire afternoon in absolute luxury. The best!
