“I've been going here for years. Absolutely excellent customer service, and if something happens to my glasses (like a screw falling out, toddler sat on you, etc) they will fix it. Staff is really kind, even when I try on a million pairs because I'm particular. I really like how quiet and calm their showroom is because it doesn't feel overwhelming. You feel like you have their full attention and aren't rushed. I get my prescription through a different provider, but buy my glasses here.“

“I arrived at the clinic at about 1545 for a 1600 appointment. As a new patient, I expected to have some paperwork to complete. That was the case, and I completed it in about ten minutes. Shortly afterward, I was led to an exam room and Dr. Allison Drummond came in soon after. When she had finished a thorough evaluation, she asked me if I wanted the papilloma growth removed right then. I was expecting that would take a second appointment, but she proceeded to numb my eyelid, and excised it right then. While I ended up being a bit late for dinner, I was happy to have the growth gone.

The whole experience was quite professionally and done quickly done. Everyone in the clinic was pleasant, and I enjoyed interacting with them.“
