“Jon with Bailey service took care of me and my family when it comes to our A.C unit! I was having trouble with my unit. When I placed the air on a lower level it would never go down to what I placed it on and it stayed above 85° in my home until I called Jon. I was referred by a close neighbor to call him and when I did he was very courteous and respectful both on the phone and when we met. This guy literally spent four and a half hours spraying and washing down my AC unit inside and out. He took his time and made sure that when he was done cleaning out the coils in the AC unit that my home would be very cold. His prices are fair and he goes above and beyond what I even imagined from some of these other HVAC companies! I would never choose another company to work on my AC and heating unit. He will do you right and treat you fairly. He has since worked on a buddy of mines AC unit as well after I referred him. He was able to fix his unit as well and my buddy has called me bragging about how courteous and professional Jon and his company is. ???“

Casey was extremely knowledgeable and gave recommendations for how to maintain thermostat temperatures during different times of summer. He also was the ONLY one (out of 5 HVAC companies who came out to give a quote on a new ac system) that actually calculated the AC Load of our downstairs to accurately determine which size of Unit, Coil and Furnace we needed. Everyone else just went off of either the current unit size (assuming that it was already correct) or based on the downstairs square footage with nothing else (like our high ceilings) considered. Scott's analysis of my situation was impressive as he was most knowledgeable and identified the issues with two recommended corrective options. Mike, the residential salesperson was also involved in discussion the corrective actions and was most helpful. While I am considering the options, I have received thorough written proposals for the corrective options. After the two professionals left, I have received phone calls to further discuss any questions I have along with further details of the two options.
