Jeff, the technician who serviced our two heating systems was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the maintenance performed.. We also signed up for their annual maintenance program. Thank you, Jackie, for explaining the maintenance program and services included and cost was very reasonable for the program. We will look forward to seeing Jeff in the spring for our A/C maintenance check up! Thanks, Jeff!
Always a great experience with these guys. They're polite, professional, and never pushy. They give great suggestions regarding what I can do to keep my furnace and A/C running properly, as well as keep my home safe (the last tech encouraged me to get CO2 detectors because of the age of my furnace).
I contacted True Blue after having a bad experience with another company. Johnny spent some time after our first discussion about the unique setup at my mom's home to figure out the help we needed. She promptly got a tech out to us. Michael was able to quickly diagnose the problem and determine what was needed. I was very pleased with their service.
