I have been with Mainerd and Sanders for over 20 years. They are always professional and on time. If delayed I am notified of the reason. John is great to work with, kind and professional. Also the receptionist who answers the phone is always pleasant and has a sweet sense of humor.Today Brandon was our tech and he took his time to figure out the problem with our unit. He was very patient, conscientious and always kind. Than you Brandon for figuring out the rather unusual problem!I recommend Mainerd and Sanders to my friends and family!

I did hours and hours of research for an HVAC company (analysis paralysis) I felt like I could trust in the Bethany area, and eventually decided to go with this one because of it's wonderful reviews.And I definitely feel like I made the best decision. Chris was incredibly nice, helpful and very informative.
