I explained that my AC had been out for 4 weeks and the HVAC tech from another company required an electrician to look at something before he could replace the unit. They made sure to set me up as fast as possible and came down the next day. The two guys who came out were very professional and explained everything they did and the steps they'd take with my home warranty to get everything settled.
