“If you ever need Plumbing, HVAC, Commercial HVAC, Air Conditioning, Heating or Refrigeration services you need to call Van Dyck Mechanical. Last week our sewer line started to back up into our house, we called our home warranty service and they sent a plumbing service out 2 days later. He came and worked on trying to clear and after maybe 15 minutes he told us he couldn't clear it. He told us that it was probably in the city line and to call their emergency line. We called them and about an hour later they showed up and looked at our line and then left and came back about an hour later and told us that their line is clear and it was in our line. The plumber told us to call him back if the city couldn't fix it, because he had a bigger machine that he could use to clear it, but it was on a different truck in Stillwater and would call back later in the evening and arrange to come back Friday sometime. He told us not to worry and that he was going to take care of us and he would get it cleared out. Unfortunately he never called back and we tried numerous times to contact him on Friday and he never returned our calls. So, we were stuck over the weekend with a clogged sewer line. Monday morning we called our home warranty place back and they denied to cover anymore work on it and they told us that we have to find a plumber on our own and pay for it ourself. We called several plumbing services and left messages for them to call us back and Van Dyck Mechanical was the only one to call us back. They showed up this morning an hour before our scheduled appointment and they tirelessly worked for about 2 hours trying several different ways to clear it up. They never gave up and whenever we had a question they would answer our questions and they would tell us what they were doing. They were very professional and friendly. They're will be our go to place whenever we need any of their services.“

“We had used Vu in the past for heat repair on a 25 year old unit and it held up but air conditioner went out that was even older. We decided we needed to replace both units. My son remembered when Vu had been out and really liked him so we tracked him down and gave him a call. We had new Daiken Heat and Air unit installed by Vu and his team this week. We initially weren't considering a Daiken unit but after reviewing four different estimates and meeting Vu we were sold. He was very genuine, knowledgeable and presented information on Daiken, the energy saving benefits and the excellent warranty. Price was more than competitive and was an excellent value. The team showed up, Adelfo, Manny and Sabastain and went to work. They were skilled and professional at their job and worked to get everything installed in one day. Vu came in and worked to support his team and troubleshoot if needed. They worked through the day and evening and didn't stop until everything was complete, including clean up that was better than how they found it. They ensured condensation drain, duct work, thermostat and unit was working before leaving. Warranty information was completed, submitted by Vu in our name, and emailed to us before he left that evening. Received follow up communication from Vu next day ensuring everything was working perfect. It's rare when we spend money on a large project that I'm 100% satisfied but I can honestly say that I am. Everything from start to finish has been a positive experience. No pressure at all! I'm excited to see how this unit performs. Great product, super quiet and efficient but more important Vu and his team were great, informative and helped us make the best decision for our home and situation. Actually, they went above and beyond what they had to do. I highly recommend Vu and his team if you have to replace or service a system.“

“Years ago I chose Advantage to replace my old air conditioning system. They priced the unit much better than two other companies I contacted here in the Tuttle area. They showed up ready to go and the installation was as quick and professional as any I have seen. I was a telephone company technician for 6 years and supervised lineman, installers, repairman, and construction crews for many years after that. I know a professional job when I see it, they were the best.

Today my AC went out. I called and was told it would be a couple days. I explained that I had a surgery in 3 days and really needed the AC. The owner asked to call me back and within minutes had a technician on the way. The problem turned out to be a faulty capacitor which the technician figured out in minutes. He replaced it, checked the freon levels to make sure it was good as new and was done in less than hour. I asked the owner if I could write a favorable review, and here it is. I cannot rate a company higher and cost was more than fair.

i recommend this company over all others and they will always get my business. In fact I am going to be discussing putting AC in my shop with them in the near future.

“Buddy is easily the best service man I've ever had across all devices. I had a competitor come and tell me that I had to get a new a/c and tried to sell it to me for $14,000. Buddy came and fixed the lead and added freon for $300 and told me that I could make it a couple of years with the older a/c. A few years later, I finally had to get a new a/c because it was leaking again and the type of refrigerant wasn't available anymore because of federal regulations so he put in a new a/c after we've gone through the highest inflation in 40 years for $8,500. In other words, he beat the competitors 2 year old price by well over $5,000. Besides being incredibly honest, he's also very friendly and just a class act.
