After having an independent contractor 'try' to install it for over 4 days with many issues created, we called many HVAC companies to come out to repair and finish the installation. Most wouldn't call me back or stated they wouldn't touch it since someone else has worked on, which says a lot about their abilities to diagnose and install. Anderson came out the next day, provided a quote and had me up and running within about a week. They fixed the issues created by the previous installer and made it look great. A few days after the install the handler unit inside developed a leak, which was not an install problem but a manufacturing defect. I received a replacement unit from the company and a day later they were out to install the new unit. Great service and communication!“

“When we remodeled our bathrooms in 2019 our GC took us to Ferguson to choose our fixtures. That experience was fantastic, we were shown only items that fit within our budget and when we needed to compromise on some items due to cost we weren't made to feel like we weren't worth their time.Fast forward go 2023, our faucets developed some flow issues and the plumber we hired to repair them caused more issues than they fixed. I decided to deal with the problem myself and went back to Ferguson to ask for help. Not only did the parts department take the time to find the schematic for my faucet (which is being retired by the manufacturer I learned) but when they couldn't find anyone who had the part in stock they took me to Loretta who took my info and said she'd look into it.Due to Loretta's help I'm now getting new faucets covered under warranty and she did ALL the work to help me! I don't know if/when we will do another remodel, but our fixtures will come from Ferguson for sure!“
