Coby and Trish were awesome. Even though we were unable to get our services through them, Trish was able to give us a recommendation for another company that could help us. To me that is a mark of a great company… will not hesitate to call them again if we need them
I was absolutely blown away with the service we received from Triple Play. They were in our home within 2 hours of calling ON A SUNDAY! The issue couldn't be resolved the same day, so they let us borrow a portable AC unit to get us through the night. They returned promptly the next morning and it was up and running within an hour. I could not be more pleased with the service we received and the professionalism of all the technicians who came to help out. I will never use another HVAC company. Once again, Triple Play came through for us in a pinch. They replaced our condenser w/ in 24 hrs of the diagnosis, and did a stellar job, start to finish. Steve was awesome, even keeping our dog company while we talked about options. Alvin and his crew were very courteous and professional. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. Great job!
