“I had a great experience here. I turned to them after having a terrible contact lens fitting elsewhere. They got me in same day, called to double check with me because my benefits had already been used at the other place which i appreciated and because I had already recently had a comprehensive eye exam they only charged me for the fitting part not a whole other exam. The contact lens specialist I worked with listened to my concerns and was so so nice. She got me fixed right up! Over all this was a night and day experience compared to my last provider. I am thrilled to call them my new Eyecare provider and will be bringing my family here from now on.“

“WOW!!! I came in for a repair for my glasses which snapped in half and they said "We don't know how possible it is to repair these but we can try" since the metal hinge was snapped in half. Guy walks out 20 minutes later and says "I did this for you because you're near-sighted and it's the weekend. These will last you just long enough to go in to your glasses place on Tuesday for new frames!" Walked out with usable glasses all for free! Nice folks, I'll definitely come back <3“

“I was a new patient at Kenmore last summer in 2023, Dr Kenmore was great. I initially ordered a glasses frame that unfortunately would break 2x between July and December last year that was just a defective frame. First time the ladies were courteous enough to order me a new frame in the same pair. Unfortunately this frame also broke again. Ultimately I ended up having to get a whole different frame from a different brand free of charge, they were very patient with me & laid back about it all and never hesitated to replace my frames. “I needed a last-minute appointment for my 10-year-old daughter, who had lost her glasses and needed a new eye exam before school started. To my surprise, Stanton Optical had an appointment available that same afternoon, and she could get her glasses the very next day after her 3:30 appointment! When we arrived, I was initially taken aback to learn that the eye exam would be done remotely. I wasn't sure how that would work, but it turned out to be just like having a doctor in the room! A technician performed a few preliminary tests, and then we were taken to the exam room where the doctor appeared on a TV screen and conducted the exam seamlessly. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and explained the entire process. They walked us through the "buy one, get one" offer and made sure we got the best deal possible. Special shoutout to Kasady and Marshall for answering all my questions and making us feel like family.
