“I have been shopping around for tattoo removal for some time now. I came across the Gloup page and they were having a free laser tattoo removal promo with no strings attached. I was like yea right let me call them and find out the details. The lady who answered the phone was very sweet and helpful. She explained the machine they have and made it sound like it wouldn't be as bad as I have been making it out to be. I hear it's super painful so that's another reason I kept pushing it off. After speaking with her over the phone I decided to go with it and make an appointment to get my first treatment started. Once I got to the shop it was super cute and clean. I love the decor and vibe! I was a bit early so sat in the front for a little before someone was able to greet me. I was helped by Nicole and she was very comforting. I was so nervous I almost backed out. Nicole was very patient and said we could go as slow as I needed. I did take a few breaks because it does hurt but it's not unbearable if you break it up. I am so glad I went and had a very great first-time experience. I made my second appointment to come back already because I'm excited to see the results. Will keep you posted!“

That could have been a negative experience but the staff at Raw Elements handled everything so professionally. They called and were able to reschedule me for another time on the same day. Star did a fabulous color (Red Velvet is what her & I are calling it!) and gave me the Best Shampoo & Head Massage I’ve ever had! So relaxing. Stylist: I've experienced Ms. Myechia and Tonya and they are both wonderful. It's a clean environment with great music. They are Christian people so you don't have to worry about being exposed to unclean music, unclean language or anything like that. They are respectful (feels comfortable there)“

“April was so great to work with! She was very responsive and worked with me to find the perfect hair and makeup fit for me. I don’t typically wear a lot of makeup so I felt out of my comfort zone and she made me feel very comfortable and confident. I got the airbrush and it looked so natural and stayed on all night. Being my first time and not being one to wear a lot of makeup, i went with the classic fill. The result was beautiful NATURAL looking lashes. It looks like i was blessed with naturally full lashes and had the best eyelash curler and mascara in the world. The thing is, i could never actually get these results with my eyelash curler or mascara with my lashes. I never knew my lashes could look like this and i never realized this one change would enhance my face so much. On top of the great job, she provided me with instructions and videos on how to care for the lashes and some cleaning solution, under eye mask, lip mask, and spoolies. I can't recommend her enough.“
