I had a consultation with Star before going in because I had several disappointing color and cuts in the past. Star took in every detail and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. 10/10 will be back. I've never been more pleased with a stylist (NYC and LA included).
Star is so careful to give me the exact color and cut that I want. Both by one stylist! Usually, it's one or the other. And Origins coffee as you come in the building -- I mean, what else?
I recently had my first visit here. Every one so kind and welcoming. I had Rachel as my stylist. She made me feel very comfortable. She was very thorough at my consultation on my hair expectation and what she could do. Ive had so many bad hair styles I was very nervous. The outcome with my new hair style is so amazing. I absolutely love it! I highly recommend Rachel and Raw elements!
