“Found out on a Friday night that we had bed bugs in my son's room and started freaking out. We have been traveling alot for work and for travel baseball and we must have picked them up in one of the many hotels we have been in.<br><br>James answered the phone early Saturday Morning to let me know he could help and everything was going to be OK. We talked through the treatment plan and he gave me a detailed prep list to make sure we put ourselves in a good position to take care of this in one shot (hopefully). He also talked me through traveling safely so we don't bring them home again.<br><br>Between prepping the house and continuing to think of more questions, the few days between discovering the bugs and getting treated was very stressfull. James promptly answered all of my texts and a few phone calls and talked me off the ledge.<br><br>Danny showed up on time inspected the whole house thoroughly before he treated. He listenened to my concerns and assured me we had taken the right steps. He was very professional and went the extra mile to make sure we were on the same page with expectations and timelines. He also spoke to me about their warranty and next steps after the job was completed.<br><br>This week was tough but I am very satisfied with the customer service and treatment I have received. I called around a few places before deciding to use Heat Tech Pest Control and James made it an easy decision. The value was there and you could easily tell that these guys have the experience you are looking for<br><br>I hope you never have to come treat my house for bed bugs again but I would Highly recommend you to anyone.<br><br>Thank you guys so much.“
