One time had to do call back due to a huge amount of flying bugs in my garage that were 100% my fault for not containerizing bird food. They came back out - no charge no hassle!! “I had a mouse infestation at my house. I called Randy and didn't realize he didn't really cover my area. He came out anyway and did it within 3 days. He found 3 areas they were getting in from and fixed those areas. Also treated the attic. Absolutely took care of the problem with one visit. His services were WELL worth the money (VERY reasonable) and I couldn't recommend him more. He's honest and very knowledgeable. I would DEFINITELY use him again. Use this company!!!!“

“Hero Pest Control was honest with me when I needed advice about a previous termite treatment that I had on my house. They told me the previous company should fix the issue since it was their responsibility, which would take my business from him. I ended up needing Hero's termite treatment super quickly anyway, and they did everything they could to be there for me in two days! They also charged $150 less than the other company would have charged. I'm so grateful they were incredibly flexible, honest, and affordable!“
