We have been using Arrow for termite removal/maintenance and pest control for several years. Steve has been our pest control tech from our start. We purchased a new home in 2022 and initially thought we would save $ by not replacing existing termite bait stations since prior owner of new home used Terminex for both termite and pest control so their stations were in place. Once we moved in, we were immediately surprised by numerous indoor spider and millipedes, as well as multiple active wasp nests outside our doors since the home had been consistently serviced by Terminex the 12 months prior.
