The owners or managers were hard to understand. However, they appear to run a tight ship. Service was quick, easy, and outstanding.
I brought my daughter. The pricing is comparably cheaper, but the quality does not suffer.
Overall, I had an enjoyable experience, and pricing was acceptable. Please note, it's better to tell them what you want and negotiate a more reasonable price.

First time here, I struggle really bad with picking at my cuticles and biting my nails so they looked absolutely awful and I’m sure were a pain to try to work with. I apologized profusely when I sat down (embarrassed because I’ve been places where they have remarks about it), and Vinny - who’s THE BEST ever - said “No judgement here, most people have something they deal with, and I can fix it for you” when I say I almost cried, I literally almost burst into tears. You need nails? Elite Nails is where it’s at. Make an appointment, ask for Vinny, and tip him real good. He’s worth it.
