My daughter and I walked down to Kim’s while having the oil changed in my car. Was a pleasant and quick visit. Nails look so beautiful and she added a quick decoration to my daughters nails also. Atmosphere was pleasant also.Services: Nail art

My nail tech Lily was exceptional. Nice clean work & very polite & sweet, despite her limited English. She made a strong effort to communicate.My only issue was with the male tech who "greeted" me when I came in. I informed him I had an appt & was 1st time there. He kind of brushed off & told me to go pick color for my dip off the wall. Again, this was 1st time there, I had no clue which wall he was referring. He repeated to me to go pick my color in a stronger rude voice. I kept my calm & verified which wall & went to pick out my color without further instructions or comments on how their process worked. Went in today for an aroma deluxe pedicure and I am beyond satisfied! Been trying to find somewhere in Bartlesville where I didn’t have to wait 2 hours as a walk in, they were busy and still got to me within 30 minutes and did an AMAZING job.Services: Pedicure
