“We had an after hours significant sewer system issue. After contacting Hunter Super Techs we received a call from a very polite coordinator who let us know we would be first on the list and our service technician would contact us prior to arrival. First thing in the morning we received a call from Robert letting us know he would be there in 30 minutes. He was right on time. This was our first experience using Hunter Super Techs and I am happy to say it definitely will not be the last. Robert was polite and professional. After assessing the situation he provided a detailed description and quote for the work to be done. While he worked he regularly provided updates on discoveries and progress. Once he resolved the issue Robert thoroughly evaluated our system to be sure it was performing properly. “Excellent call back and customer service. The ladies at the front desk are great, and the staff that came to the house went above and beyond to do their work. Highly recommend, great cost for services and fast response time. I did go to their office to request a copy of the receipt and it was so easy, but parking is tight so look that up before you go if that's a concern. Great job, will use them again. I called 20 plumbers and they were the ones to come out through a holiday weekend. I think I didn't get them there until the Monday or Tuesday after but they were responsive and I appreciate that.“
