My boyfriend has already left a review for Caldwell on google that it won't let him leave another one, but he has had such an excellent experience this week that he wanted to leave another 5 star review.I called about my exhaust fan not working at about 4:55pm on a weeknight. Greg (the owner of the company) called me back about 5:15 and said that all of his techs were busy so he would come over himself and take a look at it. He was over in a jiffy and very professional about his work, all the meanwhile explaining to me what all the troubleshooting he is doing. Didn’t end up using them as I was able to fix the problem myself, but when I called them for a quote for my broken HVAC they were extremely courteous, helpful, understanding, and over HALF the price of the other two main HVAC companies in town. Will definitely be recommending to anyone else in the future!
