“I was initially nervous about going from a lighter brown, blonde ish color, to a very dark brown, especially since it was a last minute decision and I was a walk-in. However, Annie and Heather I’m not for sure, but who I believe was assisting her, made my experience amazing. They were both incredibly sweet and eased my fears. I had even cried before walking in, uncertain about whether I was making the right choice. But Annie ensured that my first time at the salon was wonderful, and I absolutely do not regret it. “I was in town over the holidays and needed a manicure badly. Growing up in Zanesville, I had heard about Z Nails so after checking out their Yelp page, I decided to attempt to snag a walk-in appointment. My hopes weren't too high because Christmas was only a few days away. However, they were thankfully able to fit me in after a short 30 minute wait, which I spent at the mall across the street until they called to let me know they were ready for me. Needless to say, the customer service was top notch and I can say that continued throughout my entire visit. While the inside is far from glitz and glamor, the end product was awesome and still, three weeks later, my nails look fire. I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable the gel nail service with cat eye polish was... around $30. In Columbus where I live, it is almost always double that. I'll definitely consider coming back here whenever I find myself in Zanesville again needing a manicure. The only bit of feedback I have is that it wasn't the cleanest nail salon by any means. A good cleaning, a fresh coat of paint, and some updated furniture would set this spot apart from the others in town.“
