I made a mistake on my appointment time and the staff there were so forgiving. I wasn't required to pay a fee and another member was able to still do my pedicure. This is true customer service!!!Services: Foot massages

I absolutely love znail! Never been to the other location buy maple ave is def we're it's at! Everytime I go they do an excellent job! The owner and his daughter are great! I recommend them to everyone who asks about my nails! I've had one bad experience but it was cause a batch of bad polish they got and they totally took care of it asap! U can't ask for better service around Zanesville and the surrounding areas honestly!!!!

I got my nails done today for vacation. I had a couple ideas of different designs and styles. I presented my ideas to the tech and she was honest and nice about not feeling confident in doing a stripe design. I appreciated the honesty. Had good conversation with the tech and she was very nice. My mom went with me and I felt her tech did a good job as well as being nice. I don't go to get my nails done often, but I felt very comfortable with the 2 techs that I would come back and use either of them.Services: Manicure
