The biggest mistake I ever made was buying a furnace and air conditioner from this company. They do not back their word and support you when you need help the owner rich is a liar. I waited two months for them to come down and fix my furnace. Every time lie after lie. After lie please whoever reads this never buy anything from this company.

Called because the furnace the they installed wasn’t working. It was 52 degrees in my home. My sump pump had also stopped working and repair man showed up immediately. To fix that problem and adjustment had to made to tube on the heating unit because it caused the backed. No one ever showed up to fix up the furnace so the my service man got it working. I called back RAM and the owner told me he was still out on another job, 1.5 hours had gone by and he said come the next day between 10:30-11. I called him at 11 and got his voicemail. I would give zero stars if I could. The owner is rude and was yelling at me because I didn't call for maintenance when I didn't need it. He stormed out of my house, swearing and refused service. Slammed the door so hard the pictures on the wall on are crooked. I do NOT recommend this place for ANYTHING, after installation and he gets a big check, he is USELESS
