I must say that I have been very impressed with Dr. Kanetsky professionalism and courtesy during my appointments. However, I feel compelled to bring to his attention an issue that has been concerning me. On two separate occasions, my daughter, wife, and I have encountered an older female dental assistant who has displayed rude and condescending behavior towards us. This has left us feeling uncomfortable and has made us consider switching dentists. I believe that such behavior is unacceptable in a professional setting, and I wanted to bring it to your attention in the hopes that it can be addressed. I understand that managing a team can be challenging, but I believe that it is important to maintain a positive and respectful environment for both patients and staff. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address this issue and ensure that all patients are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve. “My husband has been in pain the last 4 days due to his wisdom tooth pushing against his jawline. I decided to give Dr. Shufflebarger’s office a call because my family has ranted about the amazing work he’s done. They were able to get him in the next day (today). He had a wonderful experience. Said everyone was very nice. He got two wisdom teeth taken out via IV sedation. 5 hours post op and he’s perfectly fine!“
