I didn’t have to wait very long and was brought in by friendly Kelli or Kylie. (Forgot who) lol… Tia made it easy for me to relax during my x-ray and cleaning. The girl at the desk (Kylie or Kelly) went over my paperwork thoroughly explaining costs, copay’s etc. She was very patient with me as I looked over available dates for my next appointment! “Dr. Potts is the best dentist in Centerville. He's very skilled, professional and compassionate. His office staff are exceptional . I had an issue getting to my teeth cleaning on time, instead of canceling my appt and charging me, they got me an appt later that day. I also had some issues with insurance and they were my advocate and got my bill reduced. My Hygienist is wonderful, gentle, funny and thorough. I can't heap enough praise on this office. If you need a dentist you need to come here, you won't be sorry!“
