I sent in my HDD and a little over month later I was able to remotely log into their PC and see all my files they had recovered. I was able to verify that the files were operational before I was billed. Alex event took it a step further and logged me onto a different PC that had Quickbooks installed so that we could verify my QB company files still worked. It seems like DRL's has a pretty good setup and experience level. I am pleased to get all my files back.“
