“Although I live on the east side of the greater Cleveland region, I went to the Westlake office because they had the earliest available appointment. I'm very glad I did, and will be happy to drive over to Westlake when my new hearing aids arrive. Ruth, the audiologist, was wonderful to work with and the office staff were quite welcoming.“
“Dr. Benik is THE BEST. He is knowledgeable, patient and caring. The nurses and office staff are wonderful too.“
“I'm new to hearing aids. Joe Baker is highly skilled in doing the hearing exam (involves asking me my history, a physical exam, then my sitting in a sound-proof booth and listening and responding to various tones. I got an "audiogram" from this. Joe is cheerful and friendly and put me at ease. His receptionist-and-more, Tom, is very helpful. I believe my hearing loss was not disastrous, but I was annoying people by making them speak loudly and repeat themselves. Also, I sometimes had to pretend to hear when I didn't. Joe guided me through the process of working with my insurance to get the best price. It turned out to be less than I had feared. I've been wearing the hearing aids for three days and I do see a difference. My fencing coach says he was getting tired of raising his voice in order to coach me, and I also now understand everything he says, whereas before I sometimes asked him to repeat or just tried to guess what he was saying. The hearing aids are tiny, almost invisible, and easy to care for so far. I am doing a happy dance over my experience.“
“Getting diagnosed with a GI issue sucks, but having a respectable team that cares about your health as much as you do can ease the hardship. Both Dr. Naem and the staff at North Shore offer clear explanations, exceptional care, and therapy options tailored to you as an individual. I am very thankful I made the switch to North Shore as my gastroenterologist and highly recommend Dr. Naem! The team at the infusion center is also always friendly and makes the visits fly by. This year started as a wild rollercoaster of emotions, but with their care and guidance I am well on my way to recovery from a number of ailments that have pestered me for many years.“
“UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL (ST. JOHN MEDICAL CENTER). This location of University Hospitals has several departments. The Physical Therapy unit is on the 3rd floor which is also the location for St. John's Medical Center. Westshore Primary Care (Westlake) is on the 2nd floor of this building. I did regular physical therapy here for my back for about 6 weeks. The PT that I saw was great. His name is Eric Jankov (DPT - Doctor of Physical Therapy). He asked me the right questions about my back and provided exercises I could do at home. I met with him twice a week from April 2018 - May 2018 for 45mins to an hour at each meeting. I had less back pain after my sessions. I just need to sit less at work; meaning, try to get up every hour to walk around...haha. I know we all struggle with sitting for too long during the work day. Also. I may be confusing both locations of University Hospitals on Detroit Road but I believe I came to this location for an X-Ray as well. Westshore Primary Care is on the 2nd floor and Physical Therapy is on the 3rd floor *** - 29 total reviews in 2019. - 239 total Yelp reviews. - Reviewed on 18 February 2019.“
