You can tell that he loves what he does. His staff is also great! If you need a great eye Dr. he’s the one to call!!“

Rest In Peace, Good Doctor.I do hope that the wonderful staff at the Fountain Clinic is able to pass on their plans for the future as I interacted with them all at some point. Victoria and Eva have bright careers ahead of them and I hope someone will be getting a hold of Dr. Birchall's patients at some point to let us know how to contact them.“

“Just in case First 59 minutes is free in the parking area. It’s behind the medical building. Cost 1-4 dollars after that. We also had to walk across the street to get to main hospital. My grandma had foot surgery here. They were excellent. We both really enjoyed her visit, everyone was very kind.“
