675 N Cleveland Ave, Westerville“My office recently relocated to New Albany which has opened up space for me to try new GoYoga locations. I really like this one. Just big enough, well equipped, good teachers, and the hot classes are HOT. Probably my second favorite GoYoga after the Upper Arlington location :)“

5533 New Albany Rd W, New Albany“barre3 was exactly what this mama needed after baby #2! Not just because of the incredible workouts, but the community as well! I love walking through those doors and instantly feeling the positive energy & support. The workouts are always high energy and challenging, but also low impact and ever-changing. Grateful to be member of b3 New Albany!“
“Heartfelt Yoga Studio is a very welcoming and relaxing place. I really enjoyed the slow flow yoga - Ayanna was very calming, positive, and offered great suggestions for movement modifications. Great place for a drop in class when you are in town or a membership if you live in the area.“
“Update: it was thoughtful of the manager to reach out to me, address my concerns, listen to be open to some feedback on the cancellation process, and help me cancel my membership without needing to come in to the office. I’ve adjusted my review rating and will remember the pleasant experience when ready to recommit to my fitness goals.its convenient that its open 24 hours and that workouts can be done in 15 minute intervals if needed. I canceled because i don't use it enough to justify the cost. One word of caution - pay close attention to the details when signing the contract. Its either a 2 month cancelation notice or a $99 fee to cancel. when i signed up, this was not clear to me - i believe i was told that i could cancel after 3 months at no cost to me. If it was clearer i would have worked my cancelation around that timeframe. Because i feel i was misled, i wont be signing back up in the future when life slows down enough to take advantage of a monthly membership.“

296 W 4th Ave, Columbus“Have you ever felt the pain from grief?Grief and sadness, an energetic stuckness, from an unhealthy relationship or event?A need to remove the poisonous energy from your body, your mind, your orbit.A call for help to process what is needed faster and to find some relief in the 3D from the 5D and beyond.I found myself in this situation. It is a choice to turn towards confidence.Self care and encouragement. Not like any other Reiki session I've experienced before. This session coupled with hatha yoga is magic. In only three days over a new moon my body is feeling energetically lighterAnd the thoughts and nightmares have dissipated. My back aches less and other areas in my body are sore as they are healing from holding onto the trauma endured.Sipra helped me with a letting go process.Calling on ancestors and lineages.Sipra has an intuition that is a gift.Sipra accesses a healing energy with her unique ability to offer insights that are catered to you on your journey. This is a specialty that's been honed by Sipra over the years that I have not encountered before in other Reiki sessions elsewhere.Tremendous care is offered.Much gratitude, along the way,Namaste“

The lighting, mood, decor of the studio and instruction from the staff leaves you feeling happy and light. I highly recommend checking this place out!“

2034 Berlin Station Rd, Delaware“I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga for many years and I must say that Sally (Japa) is one of my favorite teachers. Her depth of knowledge and ability to communicate what you need to hear is inspiring. I went on the Gatilinburg retreat and experienced profound spiritual growth that helped me process and release some core trauma that was deeply buried. Her compassion is boundless. I would recommend her classes and retreats to everyone - you will not be disappointed.“

The instructors are very knowledgeable and made exercise a pleasant experience for once in my life. While a bit pricier than other fitness options, CP is on target with other Pilates offerings in town.“

If you have difficulty striking a pose, they offer options, so you can still participate. And the instructors are very approachable, so you can ask any questions. They are very welcoming.“

The on ramp sessions were exactly what I needed as they were fun, highly informative, and it's where one can see early on of their commitment to coaching and goal setting. I definitely recommend Verve if you're wanting to join a friendly, but competitive community of people dedicated to physical and mental wellness.“

8494 Cotter St, Lewis Center“I had never been able to stick to a fitness program until I started at Debbie Reichert Fitness. The small group strength training gives me the feeling of personal training but in a small group - which is less intimidating. I like that the workouts are varied and challenging so that I never get bored. These are the first workouts I’ve ever done where the time flies by!I also try to take yoga classes as often as possible and I love the yoga instructors and the variety of classes.“
5:45 - 6:45PM
8824 Commerce Loop Dr, Columbus“Yoga with Mary is unlike any other yoga experience I've ever had. She SEES where you can make small adjustments to get the most out of a pose. She methodically takes you through the steps of more challenging poses so that you can be more successful with them. I find myself taking some of her wisdom with me to the other workouts that I do. Hands down, Mary knows her stuff!“
2:30 - 7:30PM
1196 Neil Ave, Columbus“I have had a lot of massage therapist, but not many good ones. Tara is one of the great ones. Her gentleness is a welcome change and not something I would have thought to benefit me. I was completely wrong. I leave my sessions with Tara relaxed and at peace not feeling beat up and in pain.“
“Visited Jenna today because I am 34 weeks pregnant and have terrible pain all over, but mainly my feet due to edema swelling. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with her. I left my appointment feeling uplifted and rejuvenated..... and my hips weren't hurting anymore so I wasn't waddling!! We will definitely be repeat customers and I recommend her for anything as my husband also had a positive experience (visited due to circulation issues caused by diabetes.)“

“Trini Foundation is one of those organizations doing a huge amount of good in the world. I was a scholarship recipient from this org and being involved absolutely saved my life and gave me the tools and community I needed to turn my life around. The teachers and organizations members have made me feel seen and supported more than anywhere else. They are opening a sober living house for women in Columbus, OH and I can’t wait to see how they are able to positively impact the Columbus community and continue to change lives for the better.“
“I LOVE the Yoga Factory! The teachers are so thoughtful and kind and go above and beyond to build community and comfort. It’s the perfect place to escape reality! The classes are great sizes, usually between 3-10 people, but sometimes they get a bit crowded like this photo (but I still have plenty of room for my practice). It’s a beautiful location, clean, and I’ve brought many friends here.“
