The mechanism on one of my 5 casement windows, installed in 2017, broke. The person I bought them from has retired. After I filed a lifetime warranty claim on the Alside site, the people in this West Chester office (Jessica and Holly) helped me to order the right replacement parts and and arranged for their technicians to do the repair (which was quick, efficient and knowledgeable), all at no charge. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you to all the team in West Chester.
Never had any issues until I filed a warranty claim. Now finding out that the warranty is limited lifetime. Was originally told that the windows came with a lifetime warranty, but that was 20 years ago. Still, lifetime shouldn't have an expiration date.
The contractor who installed our windows 9 years ago had used Alside windows for our home...we had one pane that apparently had a stress fracture...we called Alside with the make and model numbers. Then 4 weeks later we had our new window. An Overall Good Experience!
