Nall’s Plumbing did excellent work for us. Prior to purchasing a house, a new septic install was completed by the seller. During tours of the house and the home inspection (prior to the new septic install,) there was no septic smell in the basement. Upon moving in (after the septic install,) we had a septic odor in the basement that fluctuated from mild to terrible over the course of many months. The septic company was not helpful in resolving the issue or guiding us to a solution. We had plumbers and drain companies look at the issue. Nall's was recommended through a friend. I could not have been happier!My first phone call was returned within hours. The appointment was set up for the next day. I had a refrigerator water line run, a gas line run and also a new spigot installed. Dan and Nick were right on time. They could not have been any more polite, hardworking, very neat workers, and were so very patient with my 2 puppies! They actually noticed a plumbing problem that I was unaware of. Dan explained the problem in detail so that I would be able to understand. You cannot go wrong with Nall's. I feel like I hit the jackpot!
