Tyler came out to repair toilet & did a fantastic job. Had all parts needed. Let me know he was on his way & showed up exactly on time. Was exceptionally nice; polite & takes pride in his work. Called through my home warranty company. Came to appointment at the last minute of the window time period. Had a drain from the tub leaking. Said they needed ok from warranty company to do repair. This was a Tuesday, I had to call warranty company to call them back since I never got a response by that Friday. Played phone tag with them all day Friday until just b4 closing finally getting thru. Receptionist claimed to be waiting on the go ahead from the warranty company. Didn't get an ok call back til the following Monday. The appointment was scheduled for Thursday morning. Meanwhile Didn't have use of my bathroom facilities for almost 2 weeks and had to reside elsewhere....read full review
