Emily greeted us right away, she was kind and informative and had the glasses fixed within 20 minutes. While we waited, we chatted with another lady who helped us look at other frames and we as also very kind and gave my husband some great recommendations for new frames. We will be buying our next pair of glasses here because our experience was so easy!“

She helped me get an appointment situation figured out at the busy end of the year when we had to change an appointment due to a medical emergency. . She was very kind and sympathetic. I did not care for my interaction with a call center prior to that, who obviously had not addressed my issue. With so many great people at this office, I’d like to see the impersonal call center job be given to a new hire physically at the office. Other than that, great professional experience.“
