“When you first walk in the Receptionist Sue greets you with a big smile. She makes sure your needs are taken care of and makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Dr. Honeycutt is very easy to talk to, she explains everything she is doing in detail. She recommends different eye wear and makes sure that the patient is getting what they want. When Dr Honeycutt finishes the exam Candace is there to help you find the perfect glasses. She will ask you questions and suggest eyewear that fits your individual needs, preference and personal style, providing the perfect fit. This office and staff genuinely care about their patients. They are amazing.“

Dr Myers is thorough and is approachable, any question or concern is answered and he doesn't make you feel like your wasting his time. A little pricey but this kind of care cannot be found at one of those chain eye centers. The office staff is super nice and will take time with you.“

She is 84 yrs old and recalls seeing Dr Lohman more than 3 decades ago and was pleased them, she was surprised to have coincidentally found him again. She is very fussy and has been extremely pleased with every aspect of the procedure. Even though we had a few communication problems it was refreshing to see the commitment the staff has toward 5 ⭐️ care. “I have been a NEOES patient for many years with Dr. Jones and have been extremely satisfied with him and with the office staff. I would not select another ophthalmologist; however, I am being forced to, and I likely will move my future eye appointments to the Cleveland Clinic. I only want a medical doctor doing my exams and I understand all the MD's in the practice henceforth are doing only surgery. I would like to think this is not a matter of economics.“
