“I drove 45 min to this studio during my recent visit to Ohio. You can tell that Tracie loves this practice and loves sharing it with others. She gave me some helpful pointers on my form. Bonus: the changing room was clean and pretty. I'll definitely return next time I'm in Ohio.“
“A quality karate program that focuses on teaching, not bells and whistles. They are here to help you, not make money.“
“Have been going there for 2 years after both knee surgery and back surgery. I have become stronger and more flexible and balanced. The staff are friendly and helpful and the exercises challenging and fun.“
“Chagrin Yoga is the best studio I've been to ever. Everytime I travel and need to find a yoga studio, I'm always reminded Chagrin Yoga is the best studio anyone can find. The teachers are experienced and know how to make every class unique. There is a diverse selection of types of classes and their schedule spreads from 6am to 9pm. This place has become my home to meditate, work out or in other words to keep in shape inside and out.“
“Pamela is a great teacher. She accommodates all abilities at all levels of experience. I feel better with every class I take!“
“I have been coming to Chagrin Yoga for years and love the atmosphere, the classes are varied and wonderful. I recently did an amazing Melt class, which if you have any injuries or aches and pains I highly recommend. I had a shoulder replacement a year and a half ago, and while I have recovered nicely, I have struggled with laying flat on my mat. After last Monday's class, I finally have total relief!“
“I love this studio. There are many different types of classes and levels to choose. Offerings include TRX classes, Reformer sculpt and flow classes, chair work, barre work and mat work. Frequently, many of the above offerings are combined into one class. All the instructors are nice, experienced and helpful. I have an unlimited yearly membership and plan to renew next year. People who think you don't get a workout from Pilates or strengthen your muscles are sadly mistaken. Pilates builds long, lean muscles which is an added bonus.“
“I took a free class Club Pilates have to entice new members. Here I am, 64 yrs old, out of shape, and have fallen twice in the last two months. I'm in sweatpants from work, an oversized T-shirt and I check in. They were very nice. I waited with two other young ladies for a class to finish. We were ushered into class and began. The teacher was gracious with me as I explained my injuries. She never pushed me beyond my endurance throughout the class. What was probably easy for the younger two, I struggled with, but I managed. I'm sorry if I don't remember her name, it was quite unique. Rest assured, if you were concerned about coming here and being overwhelmed by the exercises, do n't be. I made it through and I am no testimate to health. Lol When it was time to leave, they explained the cost of the classes, no pressure to join. And they didn't treat me like crap when I left and didn't sign up. Pilates is not for me. But if it's for you, this is a great place to go.“
“Very clean and welcoming space. Small, but has all the machines you need. Staff is always very friendly!“
