“Deja at True Vibes Unleashed is absolutely amazing. She truly provided A-1 service to Maxx during his spa day. The holiday pictures were a great addition to services provided. I have already sent Maxx's pics to family and friends across the country. Thanks Deja for your loving care and outstanding patience with my baby. Highly recommended!“

“Highly recommend! I have experience with massage but had never done assisted stretching before and it's really helping me. The space is very inviting with great views of the lake. It was clear from the start that Emma is knowledgeable and experienced. I've already recommended her to others!“

“I tried yoga many times, but it wasn't until I went to Green Tara Yoga that I finally LIKED yoga. At Green Tara they teach Iyengar Yoga, which is a type of yoga that really allows you to learn each pose and gain so much body awareness. All the instructors have such a deep knowledge of not just yoga and mindfulness, but of anatomy and physiology. I am a physical therapist and I find that when I send my patients to Green Tara Yoga that they get better faster and then are more likely to continue to move in the right ways. I feel so grateful I found Green Tara yoga.Go to a class. You won't regret it!“

“Flow yoga has a very low key environment but intense yoga classes! I love that there is no mirror so you really stop comparing yourself with other people and focus on your own practice.“

“I'm pretty picky about my yoga classes. I generally like to feel like I got a solid workout in with poses that are challenging but do-able for someone who is beginner/intermediate level, and Cleveland Yoga Little Italy has proven to be a great fit for me (especially with their student discount that you can email the owner about!).Their studio is heated to 87+ degrees, and depending on how many other people are taking class with you it can feel much hotter. You definitely get a great sweat in, and they have classes varying in length throughout the week. My favorite class I've taken has been the Sunday AM Power Vinyasa with Melissa. By the end of the 75 minutes I feel like a new person - definitely recommend if you want an intense but reasonable hot yoga class. Make sure to bring a towel and water!!“

“Inspiral Motion is a great studio. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I have done Gyrotonic there - Sarah was my instructor - it was amazing! The exercise did wonders for my body and my golf game. I would highly recommend Inspiral Motion.“

“I took a free class Club Pilates have to entice new members. Here I am, 64 yrs old, out of shape, and have fallen twice in the last two months. I'm in sweatpants from work, an oversized T-shirt and I check in. They were very nice. I waited with two other young ladies for a class to finish. We were ushered into class and began. The teacher was gracious with me as I explained my injuries. She never pushed me beyond my endurance throughout the class. What was probably easy for the younger two, I struggled with, but I managed. I'm sorry if I don't remember her name, it was quite unique. Rest assured, if you were concerned about coming here and being overwhelmed by the exercises, do n't be. I made it through and I am no testimate to health. Lol When it was time to leave, they explained the cost of the classes, no pressure to join. And they didn't treat me like crap when I left and didn't sign up. Pilates is not for me. But if it's for you, this is a great place to go.“
