Drs. Jardin, Buganski, and Duggan Toledo Family Dental Practice

I love Dr. Jardin, Duggan. and the majority staff. However, the office manager is unbearable. This is the second time I've had an issue with her. I've been going here for over 20 years. The office lady called me and said I had a 75$ balance and I said I know I have an appointment tomorrow and that I'd pay tomorrow and I explained how I always pay it. And she's responded with "you always pay it? I've sent you 3 notices" and I told her I'm not going to waste a stamp when I can just pay it when I'm there. Always have. It's never been an issue until recently with her. I then asked if she was the lady I had an issue with before (because they cancelled an appointment without telling me about 6 months ago and I had to talk to the owner)- and the office manager said "apparently I am." I asked for her not to call me anymore and have someone else and she said she was going to continue to bother me every time I had a balance. You guys need a new office lady. I was told by Buganski last time that her bedside manner had been a problem and clearly it still is.
