I had a wonderful experience at my first visit. The office staff was helpful and kind despite the fact I have an atypical insurance plan. I work in healthcare and know how important having good office staff is. They have one of the hardest jobs in the practice because they have to ask for money and deal with insurance, and they are frequently undervalued. The office staff here seemed to be pretty happy with their jobs and had good relationships with one another. The hygienist was friendly and quick with the less comfortable parts of new patient appointments like taking x-rays. They did a good job of asking about the things in my medical history that were relevant to my care and it was obvious they actually read my intake paperwork. My imaging and teeth were reviewed by Dr. Yaya. I appreciated her conservative approach. She was attentive in asking how much something was bothering me before instantly recommending extra procedures for me. She was willing to watch a minor shaded spot on my x-ray rather than instantly recommending a filling. I have only been to the practice once, but I am planning to stay.
