“This is our vet. They are great. The four star is because we were told we needed x-rays and ultra souds in ordered to perform a surgery. After the x-rays and ultra sound, we were told we could do the surgery if we wanted, which wasn't even necessary if the situation wasn't bothering our dog. So we didn't really need the x-rays and ultra sound. We do know that our old boy is healthier than he we might have thought, so thats good, but we weren't really concerned about anything but the issue we thought we were getting the pictures for. It costs over a thousand dollars for something not really necessary. I'm pretty frustrated about it. Not enough to find another vet because these people are really great. We've been to other vets and none of them have the experience like this vet. He's all about healing symptoms not covering up symptoms.

The doc, bless his heart loves his x-rays machine, but talk to the other staff and get their opinion.“

“Love Dr. Bilger and staff. Our family brought our 9year old Crested Guinea Pig in for a mammary cyst and received the most respectful, sensitive and professional treatment including detailed explanation of potential causes, treatment options and alternatives. This level of care hasn’t been experienced with any of the other dozen specialty veterinarians who we’ve seen in the past. Strongly recommend this group of professionals.“

It's the cost of running a higher tech operation. Some of these bad reviews are ridiculous like the teeth pulling not realizing they helped that dog live a longer life. I have always had quality care there. Love Dr Bayless who communicates and listens so well. Taking excellent care of pets is what they do!“

“So I don't know why I have never reviewed our Vet before, but today (National Puppy Day), I feel like I should. My 3 dogs have been patients here, the oldest for 14+ years. We even moved 40+ minutes away, tried another vet ONCE, and came back. The entire staff is really quite remarkable. Today, all 3 of my "Ladies" saw Dr. Brown-Harold and the amazing staff at WAVC... 2 in office, and one on the operating table at Metro. Top notch care all-around. Delilah, 14, is dreaming away her pain meds on "her" beanbag chair as I write. I couldn't ask for a better place to care for my 3 dogs... "Bedside Manner" is impeccable, and I have always felt my questions are welcome... I will bring my animals here for as long as this Team practices. Thank you again WAVC.“
