Love Dr. Bilger and staff. Our family brought our 9year old Crested Guinea Pig in for a mammary cyst and received the most respectful, sensitive and professional treatment including detailed explanation of potential causes, treatment options and alternatives. This level of care hasn’t been experienced with any of the other dozen specialty veterinarians who we’ve seen in the past. Strongly recommend this group of professionals.

They are beyond amazing here! They take the time to actually get to know your animals(and you too!) They listen to your concerns and can work with you if you are on a tight budget, especially if you are facing an unexpected vet visit. They absolutely adore my cat and dog and I feel so comfortable bringing them in for any visits they may have. Dr. Fuller is the vet that sees both my cat and dog and she does so amazing with them, especially my crazy pup Tulip! I get such bad anxiety especially when it comes to my fur babies and their care. Stow Falls and Stow Kent go above and beyond and if you are looking for a vet office, I recommend this practice, they are the best!

All of our experiences here have been great, but we especially love Dr. Victoria! She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and goes above and beyond to answer all your questions thoroughly! She has been wonderful to our sweet golden retriever Mahalo and has been such a great resource to us as first time pet owners! It warms our heart to see the way Dr. Victoria truly enjoys interacting with her patients, getting down on the ground, and enjoying puppy kisses! We love going to the vet because we know our girl will be loved on and well taken care of! Thank you so much for all you do!!
